Blue Onyx works with school districts that are both new to the strategic planning process and who are needing to update their plan. We facilitate a process designed to help school districts achieve success by actively engaging the community, educators, parents, business leaders, students, and board members. Together we envision the community’s vision for their school district. By focusing on the vision, mission, and beliefs of the community, we are able to determine goal areas and strategies to succeed.
